Our refund policy covers refunds issued by Dimagital Media and/or any website owned and operated by Dimagital Media & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a creative digital agency based in India. This policy does not apply to companies not owned or controlled by Dimagital Media or to individuals not employed or managed by Dimagital Media. This includes third-party service and product providers bound by contract, as well as third-party websites linked to Dimagital Media’s website.

Filing a Complaint

At Dimagital Media & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we approach every project with a focus on delivering the final product. It is our responsibility as much as it is the client’s. Therefore, we believe that every effort should be made to reach a mutually acceptable solution in cases of dissatisfaction with our services. Only when the situation becomes unmanageable should a refund be considered.

Our ultimate goal is to find a mutually acceptable solution. If, after discussions, you remain unsatisfied and are contemplating a refund request, we kindly request that you take a few moments to reach out to us at [insert contact email] for a final dialogue before proceeding with a refund request. A refund claim should only be filed if we are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution after dialogue.

Eligibility for Refund

At Dimagital Media & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., every project is treated with utmost care and professionalism. We aim to provide results in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, in cases where a client is dissatisfied with the results and initiates the dispute resolution process, we assess refund requests based on the following criteria, which are specific to each service:

Refund Terms

  • Full refund: If the project has not been initiated or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will be initiated based on the upfront payment date and may take up to 180 days to process.
  • Partial refund: In the event of a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style, the partial refund will be proportionate to the work completed.
  • No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

These terms apply for the following services such as Web/Graphic Design, Logo/Brochure Design, Web Programming, and Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution), Application Development and Digital Marketing Services such as SEM, SEO, PPC.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

  • A project is not considered void unless agreed-upon payments are cleared.
  • Refund policy does not apply if necessary information for project completion is not provided to us in a timely manner. Delays or project completion issues due to improper communication from the client cannot be attributed to Dimagital Media.
  • If the client provides incomplete information or fails to provide complete project details at the project’s initiation, Dimagital Media is not bound by its delivery or refund commitments.
  • Compensation for delivery delays is not provided under any circumstances unless an agreement with a penalty clause for delivery delays is signed.

Limitation of Liability

Dimagital Media & Technologies Pvt. Ltd.’s liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project (as outlined in our proposal) at a given time. Dimagital Media is not liable for losses arising from services provided, not provided, or delays at any time. The liability for a refund applies only if the client cancels the project and communicates the cancellation in writing.

Processing of Refunds

  • Partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the cancellation date, using the originally agreed-upon payment method (e.g., refund by check or refund by credit card).
  • Full refunds will be processed and mailed within 50 business days of the cancellation date, using the originally agreed-upon payment method (e.g., refund by check or refund by credit card).


Dimagital Media & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this policy under its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review this policy. Continued use of Dimagital Media’s website implies your acceptance of any amendments.
